Your Role at Exoclean
Entry-Level Technician
What You’ll Do:
Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment, including pressure washers, ladders, hoses, etc.
Provide hands-on support during all tasks, regardless of the service being performed.
Unload and load the work vehicle with tools and materials.
Return and securely store all equipment properly at the end of each day.
Participate in training to build your skills and grow within the company.
Intermediate-Level Technician
What You’ll Do:
Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform advanced tasks like property cleaning, holiday light installation, and other specialized services.
Mentor entry-level team members and double-check their work for quality assurance.
Look for ways to save time and improve task efficiency without compromising quality.
Head Technician (Team Leader)
What You’ll Do:
Manage and coordinate the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
Resolve on-site challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction while escalating only when necessary.
Promote Exoclean’s services to potential customers, driving 5-star reviews and referrals.
Train team members in advanced techniques and foster their professional growth.
Take ownership of complex projects and maintain high-quality standards.
